Remote Swedish Speaking arenaflex Customer Service Associate - £30-£40/Hour

As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients in Sweden.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Swedish speaking arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicating effectively with clients
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Work Schedule:
This position requires working variable hours to meet customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules acknowledged 6 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong conversation skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic conversation skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., late, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Initial 4 weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a table and chair
- A minimum 20mbps download and 8mbps upload broadband connection speed using a hard-cord Ethernet net connection (no WiFi)
