Job Summary

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Posting internal trade positions for addressed partners to offer, according to legally binding arrangements
• Preparing for conceding process upon bid end
• Creating, sending, and recording advancement bid award letters and documents
• Maintaining and tracking various records
• Staying up-to-date with, demand, recognize, and review stamps for Tech Activities staff
• Acting as a support when and where required
• Maintaining office supply stock and initiating department supply orders when necessary
• Working primarily Monday through Friday, and finishing weekends and holidays as required

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of legally binding agreements and onboarding consistency process
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
