Job Summary:
In this full-time or part-time remote position, you'll work closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Developing and maintaining a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
- Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
- Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, ensuring a positive experience for arenaflex customers
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Leverage transformational technologies to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 wpm)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
- Experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture
