Key Responsibilities:
### Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Proactively engage with customers via phone, video, and other digital channels to understand their specific needs, challenges, and aspirations related to home technology.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the optimal arenaflex products and services to enhance their digital lifestyle.
### Product Expertise & Demonstration
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's extensive product portfolio, including arenaflex products and services.
- Provide clear, concise, and engaging product demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on new product releases, features, and software updates.
### Solution Recommendation & Customization
- Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs, considering factors such as budget, technical proficiency, and lifestyle.
- Assist customers with product selection, suggesting relevant accessories, services (e.g., arenaflex Care), and financing options.
### Sales & Transaction Processing
- Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions, manage financial information, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
### Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolution.
### Product & Service Support
- Provide post-sales support and guidance to customers, assisting with product setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
### Content & Knowledge Management
- Maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's product documentation, marketing materials, and company policies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of knowledge resources to enhance customer support effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
### Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, technical support, or a related field.
