The Role
As a seasonal part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your home, engaging with customers across various states. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information and reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock
- Placing orders for customers and checking inventory
- Processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
