Your Mission
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media
- Understanding and meeting the expectations of our guests and travel planners
- Offering personalized sales solutions and advice
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales objectives
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual who possesses:
- Fluency in German, Dutch, English, and/or French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in computer tools and software

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
