Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a part-time remote worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will possess and execute complex projects and programs, and will be viewed as a thought leader and innovator within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Scoping and delivering complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and roadmap
• Defining business and systems requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Defining and executing project plans, securing resources, and managing execution
• Clearly communicating objectives, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes
• Liaising with all departments, including technical teams, to ensure significant areas are participated in to foster expectations within their area to support project expectations
• Supporting partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program goals
• Engaging with stakeholders across various geographies and time zones
• Making appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market in consultation with stakeholders
• Managing multiple internal and external, cross-functional, and remote stakeholders
• Developing change management processes related to program rollout and ongoing support
• Tracking delivery against program targets and implementing recommendations to improve program services and efficiencies
• Ideating and driving strategic change across the broader WWCP team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of team management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience making, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership is highly desirable.
