Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate data records. Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Entering customer information into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to issues they may face in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Enter customer information into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions + Utilize various software tools to manage data efficiently and maintain high standards of accuracy

  • Customer Service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues they may face in a timely and professional manner + Handle customer service requests through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone + Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Communication:

+ Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management + Provide clear and concise information to customers and colleagues + Respond to customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
