Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support in a fast-paced call center environment. You will utilize your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address customer concerns, provide account maintenance, and educate customers on online state registration requirements. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Bilingual & Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer telephone calls, addressing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
- Providing knowledgeable and accurate information on tax laws, policies, and procedures
- Assisting customers with online self-service functions through the arenaflex Tax Center
- Maintaining a working knowledge of current tax laws, policies, and procedures
- Utilizing technology to provide advanced support and resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries and issues
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or a second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
