Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Social Media Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering world-class customer service through social media channels, providing solutions and identifying sales opportunities
- Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

Requirements
* Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
- Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday
- Desire to work overnight shift from 9:00PM - 6:00AM CST, with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a social media customer service environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
