Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer to design and implement a state-of-the-art, AI-driven chatbot that integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. The ideal candidate will create a chatbot that replicates the conversational quality and accuracy of ChatGPT, providing exceptional customer experience and support. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure the chatbot meets our high standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a robust chatbot for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, integrating with arenaflex's Airbnb rental platform's systems

• Train the chatbot to handle customer inquiries effectively, covering booking queries, property details, and more
• Ensure the chatbot can engage in varied conversations with the same depth and responsiveness as ChatGPT
• Provide comprehensive documentation and training to enable our team to refine and update the chatbot's knowledge base
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure the chatbot meets our high standards of quality and functionality
• Continuously monitor and improve the chatbot's performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

* Proven experience in chatbot development, particularly with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger integrations

• Familiarity with AI and natural language processing technologies, including models similar to ChatGPT
