About the Role
As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their complete satisfaction. Responsibilities

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher
Required Skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues
- Ability to adapt to various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
