Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing a deep understanding of consumer deposit products and educating customers on their features and benefits.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrating expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
- Preferred experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
- Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, such as mobile services and online banking services.
