Responsibilities
As a Customer Growth Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, securing equipment placement, and executing promotions in retail accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling and executing promotions, securing equipment placement, and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
- Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, ensuring alignment and proper labeling
- Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock daily
- Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Familiarity with the San Bernardino and surrounding areas
