Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Practice Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings.
- Developing a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team (direct sales).
- Establishing executive relationships across Business & Technology groups and executive sponsorship of programs.
- Delivering on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience. + 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience. + 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles. + A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs. + Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations. + Domain areas of expertise in 2 or more of the following: Content Production, Media Supply Chain, Direct to Consumer / Streaming, Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization, Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads.
