As a Customer Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in making positive connections with our clients, helping them with their everyday needs, and providing outstanding service. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs and suggesting the right arenaflex products
- Delivering in-depth product and service knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex services
- Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
- Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment
- Documenting essential account information according to established policies and procedures
- Maintaining integrity and complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of client care experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate an online environment
- Bachelor's degree
