Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to customers to validate and review paperwork, and submitting accurate paperwork for further review.
- Updating and maintaining customer account information, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
- Identifying and resolving document issues, determining root causes of problems, and providing solutions.
- Expediting corrections or adjustments, rebooking appointments if needed, and ensuring prompt and reliable service to all customers.
- Multitasking efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors.
- Previous remote work experience a plus.
- Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional.
What We Offer
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you can expect:
- Competitive salary: $14.50/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
- Paid training: 1 week in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
