Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish (or Creole) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, with a willingness to learn new applications and systems.
- Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with eligibility experience preferred.
- Education: An Associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
