About the Role
In this role, you'll be engaging with current customers to offer protection plans for their existing credit cards. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a knack for sales, we encourage you to apply. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offering protection plans to our customers, explaining the benefits and features of our products, and addressing any concerns they may have
- Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support to one another
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of previous call center experience or remote work-from-home experience
- Lives within 90 minutes of our local facility (8085 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406)
- Reliable High-Speed Internet connection at primary residence
- Ability to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable
- Dedicated workspace during working hours, free from outside noise and distractions
- Minimum network speed: 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be able to pass a background check
