Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, delivering exceptional service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and promote our products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions accurately, including cash handling.
  • Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean environment.
  • Performing other duties as instructed by management, and working flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and ability to drive sales, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • English fluency is required, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to be able to:

  • Sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and lift 15 lbs.
  • Work in restrictive spaces and keep concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
