Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions, including ticket purchases and upgrades
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively to maintain our high service standards
  • Collaborate with team members and various departments to meet customer needs
  • Stay informed about company policies, industry trends, and updates to effectively assist customers

Requirements

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
