About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in transforming the healthcare experience for patients and their loved ones. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to patient inquiries with care, detail, and empathy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and supportive experience
  • Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits and addressing concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Documenting patient interactions in real-time, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Escalating concerns as needed, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a patient-centered approach

Work Arrangements:

  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Warrendale, PA; Orlando, FL; or Memphis, TN
  • Reliable internet connection required (wired connection)
