The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with our team to provide top-notch support to users of our social media platform, Match Awards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing personalized onboarding support to new users, empowering them to create effective profiles and maximize their contract, grant, financing, and loan opportunities.

  • Engaging with users on social media, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Responding to customer inquiries through our in-house ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone support.
  • Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve potential product bugs and issues.
  • Analyzing relevant data to identify trends, failures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with our marketing team to optimize PPC and SEO strategies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media or a related field; higher level education accepted.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills; ability to utilize AI for research.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Native English speaker or fluent with the ability to communicate in one or more additional languages.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with users and colleagues alike.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and service.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities, with the ability to engage with users and promote arenaflex's brand.
  • Experience working with development teams to identify and resolve product bugs and issues.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
