Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to lead our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing customer relationships, and driving performance metrics to ensure excellence in customer service delivery. You will oversee daily operations, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and continuously evaluate and enhance customer support processes to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Team Leadership:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer service activities meet organizational goals and standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance customer support processes, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Training and Development:
Design and implement training programs, mentoring team members to foster professional growth.
Complex Problem Resolution:
Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in customer service management or a related field, preferably in a technical or complex environment.
Professional Skills:
