Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, making our users feel secure and supported. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via in-app live chat, phone, and email
- Representing arenaflex online, maintaining a professional and customer-centric image
- Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Providing excellent customer support, making our users feel secure and valued
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer support
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Proficient English language skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
