Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Analyze and report product malfunctions, proactively engaging with customers to prevent issues and resolve technical problems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, identify needs, and provide feature requests, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and discussions with customers, providing valuable insights for our product team.
- Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with our product team to update help center articles, ensuring that our customers have access to the information they need to succeed.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience with case/ticket management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), with a strong understanding of customer support software and tools.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
