Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, and services. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from arenaflex Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and additional programs.
- Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
- Utilize computer systems and software to access and update member information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, as needed, to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with secure ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed).
- Occasional onsite work may be required in Richmond, VA, in the event of technical issues or other business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs.
