Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and addressing their needs with empathy and understanding. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as a single point of contact via phone calls from plan members, individuals, and providers.
  • Providing personalized communication based on customer preferences and individualized needs.
  • Building trusting and caring relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Anticipating customer needs and providing relevant information to address unasked questions.
  • Utilizing customer support tools and frameworks to make informed decisions and resolve customer issues.
  • Educating and assisting customers on various aspects of benefit plan information and available services.
  • Taking ownership of customer contacts to resolve issues and connect them with additional services as needed.
  • Identifying customer needs beyond the initial request and responding promptly to address concerns.
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver customer-specific solutions and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Client care experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

What We Offer

As a Customer Support Representative at Arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary of $27/hour, a remote work opportunity, and immediate openings available. You will also have the opportunity to work in a full-time position with 8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday.
