Job Summary
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will be responsible for entering customer and account data, verifying data accuracy, and providing administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities
* Enter customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and efficiency
- Upload new SKUs and pricing into our system
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material
- Upload documents and backup records into Salesforce
- Monitor accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process
- Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct weekly product label counts
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
* Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of related experience (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
