Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Support Intern at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Inputting data and making changes to digital databases
• Creating spreadsheets to track client information
• Transferring data from hard copy to digital databases
• Updating client information in databases
• Organizing existing data in spreadsheets
• Verifying and correcting data errors
• Performing regular database backups
• Providing administrative support
• Assisting with special projects requiring data entry
• Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals

Preferred Qualities:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:

• Currently pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry and management
• Familiarity with various databases
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google-based programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Details:

* Pay: $15/hour

• Schedule: 40-hour week, typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
• Length of Internship: 3 months
• Location: Hybrid - arenaflex's headquarters in Fayetteville, AR (with remote work options)
