Job Description

As a Seasonal Educational Support Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Support: Delivering timely and effective support to students, faculty, and staff across the United States, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Identifying and resolving technical issues, answering questions, and providing guidance to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Communicating Effectively: Engaging with students, faculty, and staff through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Keeping accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and communication tools, including phone, email, and chat.

Preferred Qualifications
