Job Summary
We are seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Augusta GA and Charlotte NC. As a Work-from-Home Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a seasonal position that starts in January 2025, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs and concerns
- Providing accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary

Qualifications
