Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Everett, WA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering inbound calls, and handling a high volume of incoming calls from patients. You will be working in a fast-paced call center environment, and will be required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST (Shifts may vary). Occasional overtime may be required.
Primary Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from patients up to 80-100 per day
- Calls include patient requests for appointments, new patients, insurance questions, transferring for triage OR refill, OR sending messages through patient’s charts to on-site clinical staff
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1 years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST (Shifts may vary). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications
* Health care experience
- Call Center experience
Telecommuting Requirements
* Reside within commutable distance to the office at arenaflex, 7600 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills
* Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
- Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
- All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex’s Telecommuter Policy
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, arenaflex offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
