Job Summary
As a valued member of our team, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey, gaining a deep understanding of our organization's inner workings and developing the skills necessary to excel in this role. You'll be responsible for:
* Representing clients and consistently managing their brands
* Maintaining familiarity with competitors within the region
* Tracking and reporting daily sales and territory assessments
* Participating in weekday meetings to discuss tools and tactics for success
* Staying current on product knowledge and promotions
* Traveling locally and nationally to conferences and client meetings
* Building and maintaining productive relationships with customers
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
* Participate in weekday meetings to discuss tools and tactics for success
* Travel locally and nationally to conferences and client meetings
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Analyze and report on sales and territory assessments

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing position
* Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills
* Prior experience in customer service and sales
* Comfort making presentations and interacting with clients and customers
* Flexibility with your work schedule and the ability to travel (if required)
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
