The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced remote environment, providing support to customers and field partners for all arenaflex brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication. You will be responsible for managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information to determine solutions independently and implement them rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide support to customers and field partners for all arenaflex brand stores in North America through multiple interactive channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
- Demonstrate abilities in managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, using multiple sources of information, such as customer profiles, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Determine solutions independently, think creatively, and implement rapidly with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product teams and customer success managers, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert-level support to customers.
- Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced and complex environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and follow-up skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, field partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and deescalate situations, using active listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deescalate situations with poise and composure, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to create innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience, using arenaflex's products and services as a foundation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in arenaflex's CRM system, as well as other software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
- Experience working with diverse customer populations, including customers with disabilities and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
