Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced entry-level customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring a positive experience for our clients

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, staying informed about industry developments and regulatory changes

Essential Qualifications
• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
- High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
