As a Customer Service Team Lead, you'll be part of the Centers and Gates or Stations Group within the Customer Experience Division. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-performing teams by driving, engaging, training, and developing cutting-edge colleagues. You'll also support your team's efforts in creating a safe, reliable, and on-time operation while delivering a raised customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Airport Teams: Guide airport teams to perform their work in a safe, productive manner, and in compliance with Regulatory, state, and local guidelines, including Spot, FAA, and other government organizations.

  • Mentor and Guide: Mentor and guide cutting-edge colleagues in expertise advancement, customer care height, and company culture behaviors.

All You'll Need for Success

* Minimum Qualifications: Training and Earlier Professional training, High School diploma or GED equivalency

  • Preferred Qualifications: Training and Earlier Professional training, Past airport customer support experience, 2 years experience leading others, Knowledge of organizational policies and systems, and functional automation applications
  • Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications: Ability to extract the best performance in the labor force through proactive worker commitment and support for a comprehensive work space, Ability to effectively listen - focusing completely on what others are talking about, carving out opportunity to comprehend the points being made, posing questions as proper, Decisive ability to reason - using rationale and thinking to recognize the qualities and shortcomings of elective arrangements, ends or ways to deal with issues, Ability to screen and review performance of self, colleagues, and the activity to make upgrades or make a remedial move, Solid critical thinking abilities, Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively, Ability to work under demanding functional circumstances, Ability to focus on and execute with a need to get going and accuracy, Ability to use sound business judgment to determine issues with internal and external clients, Ability to organize station activities and collaborate with multi-functional divisions and organizations to ensure essential requirements are met for a safe, productive, on-time operation, Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • USPS Freedom or Ability to Obtain USPS Freedom: Has USPS freedom or the ability to obtain USPS freedom. USPS has a five-year US residency requirement.
