Your Responsibilities
• Directly engage with arenaflex's pharmacy customers, interacting with them via a variety of communication channels and providing assistance on various topics. This role will primarily involve handling inbound calls and other forms of messaging.
- Dedicate time and resources to researching and identifying potential solutions for customer problems. Follow up diligently to ensure that customer needs are met satisfactorily.
- Leave our customers awestruck with exceptional service. We're not just looking for order-takers, but rather those who can build customer relationships, offer innovative solutions, and comply with strict safety and regulatory requirements.
