As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our clients at various research locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in live chat conversations with clients and provide prompt, efficient, and personalized support to address their queries and concerns.

  • Respond to questions and concerns related to research projects, procedures, and protocols in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all chat conversations and client interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with our research team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of client inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Communicate updates or changes in research procedures to clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring they're always informed and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their interaction with our team.

Essential Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask, type quickly, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of live chat software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in a research or data-driven environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and research projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
