Job Overview:

As a key member of our paid content development team, you will play a vital role in establishing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing measurement systems and tools, and optimizing data solutions for budget and mission estimation. You will work closely with advertising campaign managers, operations, and our central analytics team to gather data and metrics requirements, manage and optimize integrated reporting, and oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation.

Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and metrics requirements, ensuring seamless communication and effective data collection.

• Manage and optimize integrated reporting for internal advertising spend and performance, leading audits and improving data processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation, tracking, and logging ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex platforms, and build automation to improve data accuracy and scalability.
• Write high-quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables, utilizing your expertise in Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Partner with our analytics and cross-functional partners to identify and rectify data integrity/accuracy issues across our reporting, data infrastructure, and dashboards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

• 2+ years of experience in SQL, with expertise in Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including advertising campaign managers, operations, and analytics teams.
• Experience building/working with distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources.
• Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances, with a proven track record of taking initiative and working independently.
• Solid presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
