Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences via live chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. You will utilize knowledge resources and internal systems to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues related to arenaflex services, shipments, and deliveries

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to think quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring empathetic and patient demeanor in all interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed
  • Stay informed about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent support to customers

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote support role

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computers and online tools, including chat software and CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing schedules as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
