The Role

You will provide top-notch customer service through online chats, email, and other channels, addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex's global customer base in multiple languages, including French and English.
- Support various contact channels, such as email, social media, and live chat, to ensure seamless customer experience.

- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure alignment and exceptional customer experience.
