Job Summary

As a Night Shift Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your exceptional communication skills, linguistic proficiency, and technical expertise will enable you to navigate complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

  • Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments securely, maintaining the highest level of data protection and confidentiality
  • Proactively support customers, maintaining a positive brand reputation and fostering long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing best practices and expertise to drive excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer feedback to provide informed and empathetic support

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency in Mandarin and English (speaking, writing, and reading)

  • Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a typing speed of at least 40wpm (90% accuracy)
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food delivery or technology industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer feedback to drive business decisions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
