Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to payments, billing, and policy changes
- Handling policy change requests, issuing certificates of insurance, and implementing changes online
- Providing general phone and email support to customers regarding renewals, cancellations, and insurance carrier requests
- Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support agency needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance
- Property and Casualty License required
- Experience in personal or commercial lines (or both)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
