Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and assisting with account management. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with account management, including resolving issues and providing product information and recommendations
  • Documenting customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Meeting performance goals and targets, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
  • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
