Responsibilities

As an Experienced LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you will play a critical role in engaging with website visitors, validating and prequalifying leads, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with website visitors in real-time through live chat, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com and transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities.
  • Developing expertise in the live chat platform and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs.
  • Creating canned responses and enhancing the tagging system in the live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and key marketing team members to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment.
  • Performing other assigned tasks to support the marketing team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial modular construction industry experience preferred.
  • Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience preferred.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented with empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Tactful and inquisitive.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm.
  • Must comply with all company employment policies.
