Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fully understanding the current and future arenaflex system, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and the technical team, providing timely and effective support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Increasing interaction with current customers through regular communication, surveys, and feedback sessions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creating, managing, and following up on customer tickets until they are resolved, ensuring that all activities are recorded and tracked using our current CRM.
  • Following the current internal customer success process and improving on it to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree in a field such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to operate within the Canadian time zone.
