Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of entertainment. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are confident in your ability to build rapport with callers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promote arenaflex's products and services to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions to clients
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

• Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
