Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support, issue resolution, and product guidance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive customer success
- Working closely with arenaflex engineering teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and drive product improvements
- Using engineering tools, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify and report product defects, and drive product improvements
- Developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge of arenaflex services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings
- Communicating complex technical concepts to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in the software industry or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including arenaflex services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with automation languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or C#
