Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing subject matter expertise on our web-based applications and tools through client trainings and support
  • Setting up new clients for success by provisioning new services and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Identifying trends in client needs and communicating effectively with our Product Development team to improve our product offerings
  • Creating, modifying, and publishing internal and external documentation as needed
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to improve the client experience and maximize retention
  • Leading and contributing to special customer service initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking and adaptability skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of web-based applications and tools
  • Experience with documentation creation and publishing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
